Four and half months later...
I love that girl! And why do I love her...
1. Her sweet voice that comes out in small little 'grizzly type' grunts as she entertains herself.
2. Her smile that you can catch in glimpses. She likes to hold firm to the very serious lips out look and then with the click of your tongue or a huge smile, she will quickly open her mouth as big as it gets to show you that precious smile... and then it's gone... serious all over again!
3. The way she pulls her feet up to her hands and slams her heels back into bed over and over and over again... especially when she does this in bed with mommy and daddy at 3am in the morning... love those times!
4. When her face lights up and her feet start kicking when I walk into pick her up after work... it makes being a 'working mom' worth it just to see how excited she gets!
5. The days when we get to stay home all day, dance around the kitchen and cuddle in the rocking chair!
And most of all... it's the late nights when she wakes me up and even though I complain, I'm secretly going to be sad when I don't get to see her smile at 2am when she justs want to cuddle for a bit!
