When we first moved, Nate and I moved into a little apartment, convinced we were going to live there a year while we got a feel for the town. And only after we were well versed in all the different neighborhoods and schools would we buy a place. At this same time, however, I was not working... and therefore needed a little project to keep me busy. I decided I would find a real estate agent to take me through all the different neighborhoods... and 3 houses later, we found THE ONE! Maybe it's my project management background or simply my ADD mindset, but I don't like to sit to long on any one decision... I feel it's just wasting daylight. So within 4 months of moving to this new city, we found our house, made an offer and moved! And we definitely don't regret any of it!!
